Only Admins and Super Admins can invite team members to join your workspace. They can do that by navigating to the Settings page.
You can choose if a new user should be an Admin, Super Admin or a Creator. Admins can access and edit all tabs in the Settings page. Super Admins can create new Admins. Creators are not able to create or edit any thing on the platform. Disabling the Creator functionality is built for things like auditors and equivalent. All users can see a list of all users in the workspace. The list is avaliable through the Profile page.
