It can be intimidating to learn a new tool, but you’ve come to the right place. This is a guide to help you get started with Less. We guarantee you that by the end of this guide, you’ll be able on a Data Analyst fast track. In the Beginner section, we’ll cover the basics. You’ll learn how to clean, filter and aggregate your data. You will learn conditional statements, calculating columns, merge datasets, syntaxing and working with dates.

How it works

We’ll provide you with the data that you need. Each lesson contains a video where we first walk through the relevant tools. After that, there’s an exercise for you to complete. You can see the solution at the end of the video. At the end of each section, there’s a larger test where we’ll use most of the tools you’ve learned in a more realistic scenario.

Every new workspace in Less comes with a Sample Data source which contains all the data you need to follow the lessons.
