You can only import a single sheet with the Excel connector. Use the Sharepoint if you want to import multiple sheets.

Some things to avoid when using the Excel connector:

  • Strange characters in column names. Stick to basic Latin letters, digits 0-9 and underscore
  • Duplicate column names are not allowed
  • Leading and trailing spaces in sheet names and column names are not allowed

Upload Files

You need to contact The Danish Business Authority (“Erhvervsstyrelse”) to obtain a login. Input your username here once you have received your login credentials.

You can upload multiple files as long as they have exactly the same column names. This will stack the files into a single file - similar to a Stack tool.

Optional: Sheetname

This is an optional input. The connector will import data from the first sheet if not specified. If you want data from a specific sheet, input the sheet name here.

Optional: Columns

This is an optional input. The connector will import data from all the columns if not specified. Otherwise, you can input which columns you want to extract. For instance, if you want column B to G, you should input B:G.

Optional: Skip Rows

This is an optional input. You can choose to skip a number of rows in the top of the sheet if you - for instance - have a number of header rows that you don’t have to import.
