Configure Lookback Period

Choose how far back in time to collect your data. Think of it as a sliding window that moves forward with each sync. When you set it to 30 days and your sync runs:
  • December 1: Gets data from November 2 - December 1
  • December 2: Gets data from November 3 - December 2
  • December 3: Gets data from November 4 - December 3
The window automatically moves forward while maintaining your chosen timeframe, ensuring you always have the most recent 30 days of data. This works the same whether you sync daily, weekly, or monthly – the window simply slides forward to cover the period of days that you input.Common settings: 7 days for weekly reports, 30 days for monthly analysis, 90 days for quarterly reviews, 365 for a full year.
