1. Whitelist the IP from whereever you’re working in PowerBI on the Less Database (or your own).
  2. Open PowerBI and click Get data. Search for “MySQL” and select “MySQL database”.
  3. Fill in Server and Database name fields with relevant credentials found in Less (these). Click Ok when you’re done.
  4. You should be redirected to a new window. To the left, select “Database” instead of “Windows”.
  5. Fill in Username and Password fields with relevant credentials found in Less (these). Click Connect when you’re done.
  6. You should see a “Navigator” window where you can select the tables you would like to import into PowerBI.
